This programme is especially for Professionals wishing to attain a Certificate in German bread baking - but in English!

Our tutors are uniquely experienced and enthusiastic German Master Bakers and specialists in the field of baking and confectionery. Everyone has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the art and craft of all artisan techniques. They will guide and inspire you.
Diploma in German bread baking: 2-weeks-programme
This baking course is open for all professionals who are interested in German baking. Participants who successfully complete the exam will be awarded the Certificate in German bread baking.
Please note that the International baking course is only offered to people from outside Germany. Germans are kindly asked to join our German baking courses.
The cost for the 2 week course is € 2.920 including all programme elements. The costs for accommodation are € 1.078 for a single room full board. The weekend accommodation costs € 87 for Bed and Breakfast Saturday and Sunday. There will be an extra charge for catering for those not staying in the Academy. Weekend accommodation is optional and may be booked as required.
