The International Baking Academy was established by the National German Bakers School in Weinheim, close to Heidelberg and Frankfurt. This programme is specially for Professionals and Enthusiasts wishing to attain a qualification in German Baking - but through the medium of the English language.

This unique baking course consists of a 2 weeks Start-up course and a following 3 weeks Diploma course.

Our tutors are German Master Bakers and famous specialists in the field of baking and confectionery. Everyone has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the art and craft of all artisan techniques. They are uniquely experienced and enthusiastic bakers and confectioners who will guide and inspire you.

This baking course is open for all who are interested in
German baking, also for semi professionals or for those
with less experience.

At the end you obtain a certificate.

    The baking course for professionals.
    This programme has been specifically designed for bakery owners, professional bakers, baking instructors and aspiring bakers seeking to master the craft of high quality artisan baking.
    For those with less experience, the two start-up weeks are obligatory.

    Participants who successfully complete the exam will be awarded the Diploma in German Baking.

    During these 5 weeks of the baking course in the German Bakers Academy in Weinheim you will get more than 100 recipe and confectionary. And you will be able to bake all these things by yourself in your hometown!

    Please note that the International baking course is only offered to people from outside Germany. People with German nationality are not allowed to take part. Germans are kindly asked to join our German baking courses.
