Would you like to learn how to bake many different types of real German bread and rolls in an excellent quality? This programme is especially for Professionals wishing to attain a Diploma in German bread baking - but in English!

This unique baking course takes 2 weeks.

Our tutors are uniquely experienced and enthusiastic German Master Bakers and specialists in the field of baking and confectionery. Everyone has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the art and craft of all artisan techniques. They will guide and inspire you.

Diploma in German bread baking: 2-weeks-programme

2nd - 13th December 2019

This baking course is open for all professionals who are interested in German baking.
Participants who successfully complete the exam will be awarded the Diploma in German bread baking.

This special course taking place in Advent will include some German Christmas specialties and a visit to the German Christmas market in Stuttgart in addition to the standard 2 week bread programme.
